Hale Design & Construction, LLC is family owned and operated.  

HDC was established in 2017 by Jay Hale.  

Jay started his career in the Roofing & Construction industry back in 2004, soon there after getting his Construction Management Degree from Northern Kentucky University.  He has continued that passion for the last 15 years in many different aspects of the construction industry which has helped mold the business's path today!

A passion for his customers, an eye for design, and the satisfaction of seeing the finished product, are just a few things that helps drive HDC's mission today!
